The scope of the Workshop is to highlight and promote recent achievements in the development of advanced optoelectronic devices and systems that operate on the principles of optical radiation generation, interaction with biological tissues, transformation, registration and data processing including machine learning and artificial intellect algorithms. Particular emphasis is placed on translational aspects, including how these technologies can be integrated into medical diagnostics, imaging, therapy, surgery, rehabilitation biomedical laboratory practice. The Workshop aims to bring together researchers, engineers, clinicians and industry partners to discuss novel concepts, prototype implementation, system‑level integration and practical deployment of optoelectronic solutions including AI algorithms in biomedical and clinical applications.

Topics:
  • Design of the optoelectronic devices and systems
  • Optical signal acquisition and recording techniques
  • Algorithms for analyzing optical signal measurement results
  • Development of specialized software
  • AI in R&D
  • Calibration, standardization, metrology and validation of optoelectronic systems
  • Wearable, portable and point‑of‑care optoelectronic systems for personalized and remote healthcare
  • Clinical decision support systems
