Abstract
This paper examines the synchronization of nano-oscillators under the influence of an external electromagnetic field. The study focuses on analyzing the conditions for the emergence of a synchronous regime in a system of two nano-oscillators or a small ensemble of oscillators. A mathematical model is used as a basis to describe the influence of the interconnections between the system’s elements and external effects on their dynamics. Numerical simulations were performed, and their results were used to investigate changes in phase behavior and the degree of synchronization as system parameters are varied. The obtained results can be used for further study of the collective dynamics of nano-oscillators and the development of promising nanotechnological devices.
