Abstract

In the in vivo experimental and computational studies the effect of aqueous 70% glycerol solution on the skin of rats with model (alloxan) diabetes of different durations was studied, namely, the time dependences of the light attenuation coefficient in the skin of rats with model diabetes in vivo were obtained, the effectiveness and rate of optical clearing of the skin in vivo was assessed using OCT.
