Abstract
The paper proposes a model of the brain's mental processes through the implementation of a relativistic Turing machine capable of simulating them, despite their non-computable nature. For this purpose, based on the electromagnetic nature of information transmission processes in the brain, solutions of the Maxwell equations in curved space-time were obtained and solutions of the relativistic equations of motion were found. It is shown that the corresponding Hilbert space-time belongs to a special type of singular manifolds that make it possible to model incomputable problems. A comparison is made with Malament-Hogarth manifolds known in the theory of hypercomputations
