Abstract

The report continues study of the periods spectrum found in the time series of temperature fluctuations in small mammals and birds [1], including those with a very different level of basal metabolism [2]. This spectrum was first discovered in the study of fluctuations in processes of various nature [3]. Its connection with circahoralian periods has been shown [2, 4]. In the present work time series of planarian ultra-weak luminescence were investigated using local fractal analysis by all permutations method. The found spectrum of periods coincides with the spectra in [1-4]. The results obtained confirm the assumption about universal nature of this spectrum, as well as about its external origin.
