Modeling of the intermolecular interactions of the TNF ligand amino acid sequence

Abstract

Using the plane-wave density functional theory (DFT) method, we performed modeling and analysis of the intermolecular interactions of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand amino acid sequences. To determine the extent of complex formation, we evaluated the parameters of hydrogen bonds formed between different amino acid chains.
