Abstract

The work is devoted to the development of a method for the sorption-luminescence of one of the representatives of fluoroquinolones – enrofloxacin – from aqueous solutions using terbium ions and polymer fibers obtained by electrospinning.
The influence of the nature of the synthesized polymer nanofibers, the concentration of terbium ions, the acidity of the medium, and the nature of the surfactant on the degree of extraction of enrofloxacin from aqueous and micellar solutions was studied. The polyacrylonitrile fiber formed from a 13% solution was selected as the optimal one. The developed approach to the sorption-fluorometric determination of enrofloxacin using terbium ions and surfactant micelles on the surface of the nanofiber allowed increasing the sensitivity of the determination.
The work was supported by the Russian Science Foundation grant number 24-23-00519.
