Abstract

Mexidol is a unique domestic drug with a wide range of pharmacological action. The drug is often prescribed in the practice of general practitioners, neurologists, cardiologists. Today, it is almost the only effective analogue of foreign drugs in the class of antihypoxants and antioxidants. In complex therapy, it helps people recover after a stroke. Qualitative and quantitative control of this drug must be carried out both in production and in medical practice. In this regard, it is necessary to develop new, modern methods of analysis - sensors; available for use not only by professionals, but also by ordinary people. Nanofibers can be a solution to the problem of the duration of analysis and the difficulty of interpreting the results. Nanofibers have a high specific surface area, porosity, high absorption capacity and low weight. In this regard, they exhibit filtering capabilities, which can also be used to purify wastewater from pharmaceutical industries. The composition, structure, properties of nanofibers can be varied, which makes them convenient both in research and in further use.
