Abstract
Alloyed quantum dots (AQDs) are a type of photoluminescent nanoparticles with specific structure and properties. AQDs have a core or shell of alloyed semiconductor material, or a gradient conversion of material between the inner and outer parts. This leads to improved optical properties: high luminescence, narrow emission peak and wide possibilities for tuning the spectrum.
Last decade AQDs find the wide application in photonics and light emitting diodes development, but the analytical use have been less studied. This work reporting the batch of AQDs application concepts as a part of the chemosensors with practical realisation proof. Introduced the specific of the AQDs physical-chemical properties and main features have matter for the analytical and sensor systems development.
