Statistical Experimental Planning Methods in Quantum Dots Spectral Range Tuning

Abstract
The synthesis of CdZnSeS alloyed quantum dots is a highly random process based on a combination of empirical data and the expertise of individual scientists. To standardize the process, it is necessary to select the key factors influencing the final spectral properties. The work proposes to use the method of statistical experimental planning to describe the entire process mathematically and eliminate of the random contribution to the synthesis.The method of statistical experimental planning was applied to the process of quantum dot synthesis for the first time.
