Electronic properties of composite materials based on borophene and boron nanotubes

Abstract
The paper studies the electronic properties of composite materials based on boron - borophene and horizontally directed boron nanotubes. The considered composite materials demonstrate anisotherapy of electrical conductivity along the direction along and across the location of the boron nanotube.
