Influence of geometric parameters on the electronic and optical properties of perforated graphene

Abstract
Identification of patterns of influence of geometric features of atomic networks of perforated graphene on its electron-energy and optical properties and characteristics. Electron-energy properties will be estimated based on calculated band diagrams. Optical properties will be estimated based on the value of optical (dynamic) conductivity, permittivity, absorption coefficient spectra and photocurrent. The wavelength range under consideration is from 0.2 to 2 μm.
