Abstract

This paper investigates the rules for using carbonyl (C=O) groups of electronic and conductive properties of mesh graphene. The objective is to understand the changes in the electron-energy and conductive characteristics of the mechanisms of mesh graphene with the C=O group, and how these changes can affect the operation of electronic devices based on mesh graphene. The object of the study is a thin film of mesh graphene with holes of almost circular shape with a diameter of 1.1 nm.

The research was funded by the Russian Science Foundation grant No. 25-72-00202, https://rscf.ru/project/25-72-00202/
