Abstract

The diagnostic of the rearrengements in non-stationari foam and of the structure during the evolution of two-phase gas-liquid foams in real time is actual task for the biomedicine in the tissue engineering area. In this work the result of the slow (such called Oswald ripening of the gas bubbles) and fast (the rearrangement caused by the bubble coallesences in the liquid matrix) dynamics in the foam are represented by use of the speckle-correlation analisys of scattered laser light at the different conditions: under the evaporation of the liquid component of the foam, usal evolution of the foam-like system and during the acoustic probing of the liquid foam.
