Modeling the Shape of a Laser Autodyne Signal in Pressure Pulse Wave Measurements of Resistive Vessels

Maksim G. Inkin, Sergey Yu. Dobdin, Anatoly V. Skripal; Saratov State University, Saratov, Russia;

Abstract

Abstract: The results of modeling a laser autodyne signal during pulse wave measurements, considering the influence of vascular resistance, are present-ed. The autodyne signal modeling was performed under the assumption of weak feedback. To model the shape of the laser autodyne signal during pres-sure pulse wave measurements, a motion function, represented as the sum of two Gaussian functions, was used. The error of the recovered parameters of the Gaussian function characterizing the degree of arterial vessel resistance did not exceed 0.5%.
Keywords: laser autodyne, integral Fourier transform, acceleration meas-urement, autodyne signal spectrum.
