The main goal of the сonference is to provide the multidisciplinary platform for the presentation and discussion of scientific results on the ultraweak luminescence of biological systems with a particular focus on the ultraweak luminescence in the middle-UV range (mitogenetic radiation) and blood tumor marker quenching it (cancer quencher), radiation hormesis, related phenomena and hypotheses.
Topics:
Three sessions, round-table discussions and a practical workshop are preliminary planned:
The practical workshop is planned as trial joint experiments on the advanced setups for registration of detecting ultra-weak luminescence in single-photon counting mode. All interested conference participants are offered a free opportunity to study their objects (if necessary, directly in their own laboratories within and nearby Moscow). Planned experiments must be coordinated in advance. For information about the technical capabilities of the setups, contacts of the developers etc., please write to naumova@yandex.ru.
Format:
Hybrid (the in-person part will be held at Institute of Cell Biophysics of the RAS (ICB RAS) & Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Biophysics of the RAS (ITEB RAS), Pushchino, Moscow region, Institutskaja str., b.3.
Conference Dates:
October 1-3, 2025
