Abstract

The study investigates a cross-shaped structure composed of four orthogonal YIG waveguides (300×4000×10 μm) with an integrated ring resonator (900×900×10 μm). Using micromagnetic modeling (MuMax3), the propagation of spin waves in the 3.8-5.8 GHz frequency range was analyzed under different orientations of the external magnetic field.

Analysis of power redistribution and phase maps revealed the resonator's influence on the formation of new energy transfer channels between waveguides. Special focus was given to the frequency-dependent transmission coefficients and the effects of magnetic field orientation, as well as resonant phenomena in the ring element. The obtained results demonstrate the potential of such structures for developing tunable magnonic devices and microwave components.
