The main goal of the Conference covers recent developments in the terahertz science and technology, with an emphasis on biomedical applications. The main topics will cover fundamental and applied aspects of this modern research direction, such as computational and experimental problems of terahertz technology, terahertz spectroscopy, imaging, microscopy, and endoscopy for biophotonics, medical diagnosis and therapy. The conference will also focus on development and fabrication of innovative terahertz optical and electronic components, interactions between the terahertz radiation and living tissues. Special attention will be paid to application of terahertz technology in noninvasive, least invasive and intraoperative diagnosis of malignant and benign neoplasms with different nozologies and localizations. Physical and engineering aspects of the developments of the domestic component base and systems for the terahertz spectroscopy and imaging are also considered..
