Analysis of the intermolecular interaction of hyaluronic acid with a solvent

Abstract
Using density functional theory methods, the structures and IR spectra of the monomer, dimer and tetramer of hyaluronic acid, as well as the molecular complex of the hyaluronic acid monomer with water, were calculated, the IR spectra of the calculated compounds were analyzed and compared with the experimental spectrum. Changes in the IR spectrum were also revealed during the interaction of hyaluronic acid with water.
