Abstract
An ex vivo study of changes in the optical properties of ovarian tissue in three states (follicular and luteal phases, polycystic ovary syndrome) under the effect of a 99.5% glycerin solution was carried out.
The study of the optical properties of ovarian tissue, as well as the diffusion processes of tissue water transfer and hyperosmotic agents, is a promising direction for studying many biophysical processes.
The main problem of using optical methods in medicine is the high level of attenuation and diffuse redistribution, which reduces the depth of sensing.
This problem can be solved using various technologies for controlling the optical properties of biological tissues.
