Abstract
Optical clearing of biological tissue is used in various fields of biomedical research and medical diagnostics. This method can significantly improve the visibility of internal tissue structures, which is important for applications such as optical coherence tomography, fluorescence microscopy and biopsy. Optical clearing reduces light scattering in biological tissues, which helps to increase image contrast and depth of tissue sensing. This is especially promising for non-invasive diagnostic procedures, as it potentially allows you to obtain high-quality images without the need for surgical intervention.
Using a smartphone camera as a detector in such experiments is an innovative and promising direction. Modern smartphones are equipped with high-quality cameras with high resolution and sensitivity, which makes them an affordable and convenient tool for scientific research.
