Abstract

The report is devoted to a discussion of the patterns of formation of graphene-nanotube quasi-2D hybrid structures and analysis of their electronic and electrical properties. Several topological varieties of graphene-nanotube hybrids are considered, differing in the mutual orientation of the graphene-nanotube structures and the method of their connection. The results of calculating the band structure, electrical conductivity, and current-voltage characteristics are presented.
