Abstract
Anatase-rutile nanoparticles were investigated using the Z-scan technique, with simultaneous measurements of the scattered laser light intensity during the experiments. An improved method for recovering the effective dielectric function of nanoparticles is proposed. Additionally, a kinetic model describing changes in the population of mobile carriers is considered
