Generation and visualization the 3D mice-derived tumor organoids, expressing dcas9-FP probes

Abstract

3D tumor organoids are reckoned as the most prominent models to imitating the tumor phenotype and heterogeneity in vivo. Using the different fluorescence molecular probes, especially the genetically encoded probes, may provide the molecular processes targeted visualization [1].
The using of inducible dcas9-FP probes for the in vivo visualization have been reported before [2]. Here we are reporting the tumor organoids generation in vitro based on the tissue resection from the nude mice bearing the tumor. Some approach for their generation, maintaining and fluorescence visualization is discussed.
