Resonant tunneling structures of the terahertz range

Abstract
Resonant tunneling diode and triode structures of the terahertz range are considered. The profiles of the quantum potential, transparency, tunneling current, volt-ampere characteristic, taking into account the temperature and heat dissipation are calculated.
