Effect of coating of NaYF4:Er:Yb nanoparticles on their interaction with body cells

Abstract
An analysis of the current state of research to identify the toxicity of various types of coatings of upconversion nanoparticles was carried out. Intravenous administration of particles causes changes in the shape and viscosity of red blood cells depending on the type of coating. From the results obtained, we can conclude that the main influence on the spectral characteristics of the absorption and scattering coefficients, as well as the anisotropy factor, is the change in the concentration of erythrocytes with captured nanoparticles.
