Abstract
The report presents the problem of the place of philosophy in the formation of the paradigm of modern reality. Reality itself is based on the achievements of engineering practices, which open up areas of «fusion» between the natural and the artificial. Philosophy allows us to raise questions about sustainability, uncertainty of conditions of existence, and convergence of new areas at the meta-level. As well as changes in ethics, the cultural-symbolic field and the nature of man himself.
