Abstract
Spectral manifestations of intermolecular interaction of hyaluronic acid with sulfur-containing amino acids, which are part of mucin of the bladder mucosa and protein carrier microgels, have been studied. By the methods of density functional theory, the structures of molecular complexes and their corresponding IR spectra are calculated, and the parameters of the hydrogen bonds formed are analyzed. On based on the assessment of the possibility of complexation of hyaluronic acid with amino acids that are part of protein structures used in targeted therapy and in the proteins of target cells, it is concluded that there is a significant increase in the effectiveness of the interaction of hyaluronic acid with in the presence of protein microgels.
