Abstract
The main goal of this report is to demonstrate the opportunities and applications of a quantum-mechanical approach to calculations of intensity distribution in one- and two-photon absorption (TPA) spectra as well as in resonance Raman (RR) and hyper Raman spectra of polyatomic molecules of biological interest.
