Abstract

This work used optical methods (Raman scattering spectroscopy and FTIR spectroscopy) to study the samples of collagen-containing hydrogels for 3D bioprinting at the different production process steps. Integrity of essential organic components has been shown in the hydrogels manufactured from Lioplast® freeze-dried human bone tissue.
