Abstract
In the framework of the density functional theory in the tight coupling approximation, the electronic and electrically conductive properties of hybrid graphene-nanotube films with different topological parameters are studied. The hybrid film is a hybrid structure formed by bilayer graphene with an AB-type layer structure and horizontally oriented chiral single-walled carbon nanotubes 0.6–1.3 nm in diameter. Regularities in the formation of the band structure and electrical conductivity are revealed.
