Abstract
It is reported about modern semiconductor laser diode modules, modules with radiation output through a light guide, and other products developed and manufactured by INJECT RME LLC.
A homogenizer of laser beams has been developed and is being produced based on a double-sided array of perpendicularly located cylindrical microlenses made of optical quartz glass, with an aperture of 90x90 mm and a transmittance of 99%.
A powerful CW semiconductor diode laser PLD-6 provides a laser output power of up to 6 kW to a laser spot with a rectangular shape in a processing area with dimensions of ~ 22x2 mm, successfully used for laser processing of materials - laser thermal hardening, alloying and surface modification and other applications.
Experimental work was carried out on automated laying of prepreg tape made of thermoplastic polymer composite materials with local heating of the surface by a powerful diode laser - a technology that is promising for the mass production of composite products.
A laser soldering setup based on a semiconductor laser with a power of 80 W, 976nm has been developed for the installation of temperature-sensitive elements and soldering elements with high installation density.
