Theory of interaction of several multilevel atoms with photon states in nonideal resonators

Abstract
The dynamics of the interaction of several multilevel atoms with photon modes in resonators is studied numerically. The equations of motion of the system were derived using the method of the theory of coherent states of photons and atoms. The different arrangement of atoms and their motion in the resonators were taken into account. The photon losses are calculated using the method of quantum kinetic equations.
