Delayed Luminescence in Algae - applications in Toxicology

Abstract
The Delayed Luminescence of Algae is used for toxicological test of aqueous solutions. We will sumarize recent results obtained for ametryn and durion, showing that the photonic approach can define - just one hour after innoculation and using less material - a dose x response curve similar to those obtained by standard growth tests that endure 72h to accomplish.
