Abstract

The study of the luminescence decay kinetics (fast and delayed fluorescence, as well as phosphorescence) of an eosin probe bound by HSA, gHSA globules and HSA-gHSA complexes suggested the existence of HSA-gHSA complexes in solutions of phosphate buffer pH 7.4 in the absence of free glucose.
Our studies using dynamic light scattering methods experimentally confirmed our assumption about the formation of HSA-gHSA complexes.
