Abstract
This study is focused on the analysis of the effect of cyanine 7 on the complexation of immunoglobulin and TNF (tumor necrosis factor), which form the basis of the immunosuppressive drug enbrel, for further analysis of enbrel fluorescence during therapy in vivo. As objects of investigation, we considered the dye cyanine 7 and amino acids from the composition of the protein structures of immunoglobulin and TNF using the example of the dye cyanine 7 and the amino acids leucine, arginine, and serine. The methods of quantum chemical molecular modeling and IR spectroscopy were used to investigate the structures and IR spectra of molecular complexes with subsequent analysis of the resulting hydrogen bonds as the main characteristic of complex formation.
