Abstract
The present work reports the characterization of new polysubstituted hydroquinolines, quinazolines and chromenopyridines and the investigation of their structural features by one- dimensional and two-dimensional NMR methods (1H, 13C, HMBC, COSY, HSQC). The isomeric transformations and the tautomeric composition of the synthesized compounds were determined. Corresponding compounds were obtained by one-pot and step-wise approaches.
