Abstract

Vulvar dermatoses are a group of debilitating skin diseases that are difficult to diagnose clinically. The histological pattern approach makes it possible to establish the diagnosis clinicopathologically, however, a biopsy is not always indicated. We used OCT quantification of attenuation coefficients, vascular and lymphatic network density for non-invasive in vivo identification of histological patterns.
