Analysis of THz plasmon waveguides by the method of integral equations

Abstract
Plasmon waveguides of finite cross-section in the THz frequency domain are considered, which are analyzed on the basis of the method of volumetric integral equations with respect to the electric field. It is shown that with an increase in one and the size, the results for the dispersion approach the dispersion based on the dispersion equation of the planar structure obtained by the mode matching method.
