Abstract

In this paper, the question of the peculiarities of recognition of visual images by patients with different types of headaches is considered. The study used experimental recordings of electroencephalograms (EEG) of healthy adult patients and patients with various types of headache. Our study involved volunteers from among the patients of the University Clinical Hospital named after S.R. Mirotvortseva (Saratov, Russian Federation). It has been established that different types of headache (chronic migraine without aura, chronic migraine with aura, rare episodic migraine without aura, frequent episodic migraine without aura, chronic migraine without aura and at the same time rare migraine with aura) affect the possibility of recognition of visual images according to EEG data using artificial neural networks.
