Abstract

In this work for spectral characterization (refractive index and absorption) of hexahydrate sulfate nickel, the experimental scheme of terahertz-pulsed spectroscopy was aligned. For the determination of nonlinear parameters (nonlinear refractive index, nonlinear absorption, and third-order nonlinear susceptibility) of medium the Z-scan technique was constructed. Measurements of third-order nonlinear susceptibility were carried on.
