Intermolecular interaction of cyanine 7 with amino acids from immunoglobulin and TNF composition: molecular modeling by density functional theory methods.

Abstract

Molecular mechanisms of cyanine 7 with various amino acids from immunoglobulin and TNF (tumor necrosis factor) composition is investigated. The aim of investigation is determination the effect of the dye on the formation of hydrogen bonds between the TNF amino acids and immunoglobulin during therapy with enbrel. Simulation was based on molecular structures and IR spectra calculation, followed by an analysis of formed hydrogen bonds.
