Abstract
Quantum dots are semiconductor nanoparticles with unique optical properties and stable crystal structure. Big variability of colour with high fluorescence intensity and ability to bioconjugation were widely applied in immunoassay technology. Two different ways of fluorescent signal generation were studied by the express test modelling. Getting the direct fluorescence signal from the lateral flow express test allowed to get signal and final test results in 15 minutes in the non-laboratory environment for the toxins. Ferster resonance energy transfer as an effect of the quantum dots fluorescence quenching allowed to test 384 samples simultaneously with simplistic sample preparation for food and feed products controlling.
