Abstract
The study of collagen materials and the study of their properties during optical clarification is of great importance, because interest in the use of collagen materials in various fields of medicine and in the calibration of equipment is growing, due to the possibility of modeling the propagation of light, leads to the expansion of methods for the development and manufacture of collagen phantoms. To do this, it is necessary to study the properties of collagen: at the biochemical level, structural and the most important - optical and kinetic properties when exposed to optical clarifying agents. For this, you can also use OCT, which allows you to obtain images of the internal structure of biological tissue with high resolution.
