Abstract
The report presents a technique for optical clearing of blood in vitro using optical microscopy and spectral method. One-time observation of the image of whole blood cells and its transmission spectrum allows us to describe in detail the processes that occur during the interaction of blood cells with optical clearing agents, such as aggregation, hemolysis, deformation, etc.
