Abstract
In this three-part talk, I will give a quick introduction to drug conjugates consisting of N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA) copolymer, the anticancer drug doxorubicin (Dox), and a defined amount of cholesterol moieties differing in their hydrophobicity.
