LIVE BIOPHOTONIC ANALYSIS OF EARLY MAMMALIAN EMBRYONIC PROCESSES
Irina V. Larina, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, USA
Abstract
Highly dynamic and diverse developmental processes in model organisms provide a great platform for laser physicists and optical engineers to develop new imaging and manipulation methods. These new tools in turn allow advancing our understanding of developmental disorders and normal physiology. The talk presents recent developments in biophotonics toward investigation of early embryonic development in mice.
