Electrophysical and Optoelectronic Properties of Layered Van der Waals Heterostructures Based on Blue Phosphorus and Zinc Oxide

Abstract

The dynamic conductivity spectra are calculated for topological layered heterostructures: blue phosphorus / zinc oxide / blue phosphorus (BlueP / ZnO / BlueP) with AAA, ABA, ABC layer packing types, zinc oxide / blue phosphorus / zinc oxide (ZnO / BlueP / ZnO) with types of packing layers AAA, ABA, ABC. The calculations were carried out in the Siesta software package using the TZDP basis set. The calculation of the elements of the complex dynamic conductivity tensor was carried out using the Kubo - Greenwood formula in the wavelength range of 200–2000 nm. On the basis of the calculation results obtained, the regularities of the formation of the profile of the spectrum of the dynamic conductivity of the structures under study are revealed.
