Formation and physical-chemistry properties of Langmuir monolayer of lipids with incorporated glucose oxidase

Abstract
The formation process of mixed Langmuir monolayers of lipid molecules and fatty acids at the different conditions was studied. An influence of the components ratio on the mixed monolayers properties and on the process of immobilization of glucose oxidase in mixed monolayers was shown. The stability of mixed monolayers at the immobilization process was studied. The morphology of the experimentally created samples was studied by AFM methods. The interaction of glucose oxidase and glucose monolayers was studied by the method of cyclic voltammetry.
