Abstract

Here we demonstrate how the magnetic field sensor based on magnetoplasmonic crystal – a subwavelength diffraction grating covered by magnetron sputtering with noble and ferromagnetic layers, can be used for DC magnetic field mapping with controlled locality and sensitivity of 10 mOe.

The work was supported by the Russian Scientific Fund grant № 21-72-30032.
